A written Client and Confidentiality Agreement, detailing services to be undertaken and the agreed costs, is signed by both parties prior to commencement of any work.

           Payment for hourly-charged services will be invoiced upon completion and
           payment is strictly within 14 days. Monthly retainer packages are payable in
           advance (1st of month).

Any additional costs incurred, such as postage & packing, stationery, travel, will be charged to the client at cost.

Every effort is made to ensure accuracy of work undertaken, but final proof-reading is the responsibility of the client.

VA Today’s services are available to support you and your business on an ad-hoc basis, for which we charge an hourly rate. If you require priority access to our services on a regular and more long-term basis, three levels of retainer packages are available to suit a variety of needs.
